VERY Knowledgeable
This was the first time that we had ever been approached about home improvements without us contacting the company first. The canvasser, Zach, presented himself in a very professional manner. We scheduled an appointment for 1pm the next day. Promptly at 1pm the next day, John and Haywood came to our door. They were very outgoing and friendly. Their presentation was quite an eye-opener. They were VERY knowledgeable in all the features of the window. Every detail about the ?Magic Glass? window was explained to us. The window is definitely like no other and like nothing we knew even existed. There was never any pressure to purchase. The expertise of the installers, Brad & Jason, was very evident and efficient. The best compliment I can pay Reece Builders is that they are truly beautiful windows. They are just lovely, and I did not even re-hang the blinds on the front of our home as I enjoy looking at them. We would recommend Reece Builders to anyone. We are so pleased with the quality of your work and the pleasant experience we had with everyone involved.
We were very pleased with the siding.
If/when we decide to replace the windows, Reece will definitely be considered.

There were some questions when they came to measure the windows, so Doug came back with the installation crew to make sure everything would be right.

Installation was great
The installation crew was terrific, friendly, and helpful when I asked questions. One of them demonstrated how to use them & gave me a helpful tip for the kitchen window. I was very pleasantly surprised that he cleaned the windows after installing them.
The installation crew was outstanding.
They stayed late to finish the job in one day. The sales representative, Mr. Johnson, was friendly and explained everything completely, even calling us while he was on vacation to answer our questions.

We recently purchased windows from Reece Builders and wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the windows. We could tell the difference in the climate of the house on the first day of the installation. We absolutely love the windows
They are designed and look exactly the same as the representative said they would. One of my favorite things about the windows is the security. We feel safer than we?ve ever felt in any home. The police report showing that a burglar was unable to break-in with a shovel, SOLD US! We like the fact that the windows tilt in from top or bottom. Another aspect we really like is that the home we previously resided in had mold & mildew growing in the windows. Reece?s windows are so insulated that we aren?t concerned with that happening. We are thrilled with out new windows!
